Error: 'Only values between 0 and 9999 are acceptable'

When editing an end date for a Direct Payments Service Order on the Service Order screen, I get an error when clicking Save:
Only values between 0 and 9999 are acceptable.

This can occur if one of the Service Order Lines exceeds 9,999 minutes for the week and may not correspond to the Service Line you are amending. In a 7-day week there are 10,080 minutes (168 hours), so when a Service Order is edited, Abacus checks that the number of minutes does not exceed 9,999 (which is very nearly equal to 10,080).

Abacus will incorrectly allow you to create a new Service Order Line which exceeds 9,999 minutes for the week without applying the above check but will then apply this check when you attempt to edit the Service Order.

A future version on Abacus will correct this issue.

To work around this problem you will need to the remove the line that exceeds 9,999 minutes (166 hours) by selecting the red cross icon at the end of the line concerned.

When the version of Abacus that fixes this issue is known, this article will be updated with this information.
