This occurs on the Care Episodes - Care Episodes and Assessments - Assessments - Completion screen, if the Reports button is selected to bring up the Reports dialogue box and then 'Hard Copy' option is selected to print.
You'll see this error message if you haven't entered an address for the client on the 'Addresses' tab of the 'Clients - Maintain Clients' screen, and you've ticked the 'Include address on hard copy' option on the 'General Settings' screen under 'System Maintenance - System Settings - System Parameters'.
To fix this error:
You could enter an address for the client on the 'Addresses' tab of the 'Clients - Maintain Clients' screen.
Or, you could untick the 'Include address on hard copy' option on the 'General Settings' screen under 'System Maintenance - System Settings - System Parameters'.
Note: That the Build Number and Line Number on the message will vary depending on the version of Abacus being used.
