The team field on the Care Episodes - Care Episodes and Assessment screen filters out any redundant team names from selection. However, if a redundant team name is used on the Clients - Maintain Clients screen, it appears as the default team field on the Care Episodes - Care Episodes and Assessment screen, Details tab, when creating a new care episode.
The Clients - Maintain Clients screen doesn’t filter out redundant team names.
As a workaround, prefix the team name in the System Maintenance - Teams and Care Managers - Team Names screen with some text to indicate it shouldn't be used.
For example, use the prefix DNU (Do Not Use), as the maximum 30-character limit for the team name may not allow many characters for the prefix.
