User blocked from A4W

Why am I blocked from logging into A4W?When logging in, I’m getting an error - This user’s access has been blocked. Please report to System Manager.

If you have a user with issues logging in, check the following information:

  • In the user account in A4W User Details, is the Block User checkbox selected?

  • Does the user have full read/write permissions to the datapath folder?

If you can’t see any issues, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article, including the user involved.
