Under the A4W menu option Reporting, User Defined Reports, User Defined Reporting, any Memorandum Indicators that are have been set up, can be selected as reportable fields from the following Report Types:

Annual Commitments Care Components
Annual Commitments Dom Costs,
Annual Commitments Domiciliary,
Annual Commitments Dom No Code,
Annual Commitments D S O Expenditure,
Assessment Performance Indicator
Care Episodes Basic, Client Account Detail
Client Account Detail Date Range
Client Account Detail No Episodes
Client Basic Detail, Client Current Detail

Direct Debit Details
Domiciliary Care Changes Summary

Note: Memorandum Indicators are held against the client details and can be viewed on the Memo Indicators tab on the Clients - Maintain Clients screen.
Note that since Memorandum Indicators are held against the client details, it is not possible to have an indicator set for one value against one care episode or assessment but a different value for another care episode or assessment.
