Abacus: Unable to select new provider on Package tab in A4W

In this article, we'll explain why a newly set-up provider isn't pulling through on the Package tab and doesn't appear in the picklist of available providers.

This is due to the Dom Care Provider option not being selected in the financial details.

To correct this, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click System Maintenance, then click Establishments and Divisions.

  2. Click Establishments then the Financial Details tab.
