You can get a lot of data from User Defined Reports in A4W. If you host Abacus yourself, you can query the database directly. Each of these User Defined Reports is based on a database view named after the Report Type with a prefix of “rpt”.
For example, the Report Type AGED DEBTORS is sourced from the database view rptAgedDebtors, and the Report Type ANNUAL COMMITMENTS comes from the view rptAnnualCommitments. The fields in the view are named as you see them in User Defined Reporting under Report Fields.
