How to cancel contracts in Admin

In this article, we explain how to terminate contracts in Admin when cancellation fields are greyed out and can't be used.

Sometimes, you’ll need to end contracts in Admin for various providers, especially when those contracts are no longer needed.

To end a contract, you’ll need to terminate it:

  1. Go to Payments > Contracts > Provider Contracts.

  2. Use the Search Criteria to find the contract you want to end.

  3. Right-click on the contract and select Terminate.

  4. On the next screen, choose the End Date and End Reason.

  5. Save your changes.

The contract will now be terminated and no longer active.
