When you amend an assessment in Abacus or create a new one, the system records the current date/time in an "amended date" field on that assessment record. When the 'Mosaic Assessment Export' job runs, it looks for any assessments with an amended date later than the last time the job ran and picks these amended/new assessments to include in the export from Abacus to Mosaic.
You can do this by the following steps:
Go into the Care Episodes section.
Navigate to Care Episodes and Assessments.
Select Assessments.
Go to the Completion screen on A4W for an existing assessment.
Click Save button, even if you haven't made any changes.
This action should force the amended date field to update, ensuring the assessment is picked up in the next Mosaic Assessment Export job.
