If you already have an Abacus Upgrades Project and Master Case, please update the Master Case with your request.
If you don't have an existing Project and Master Case, then please raise a new case and this will be passed to our release and deployment team for review.
Once they’ve accepted it, they’ll create a projects case to cover the work and link it to the original request.
