If you already have an Abacus Upgrades Project and Master Case, please update the Master Case with your request.
If you don't have an existing Project and Master Case, please raise a case and this will be passed to our release and deployment team for review.
Once they’ve accepted it, they’ll create a projects case to cover the work and link it to the original request.
