The instance of Abacus you want the additional backup for (e.g. Prod / Test)
The time you would like the backup to be taken
Why you want this additional backup (e.g. to take a snapshot to rollback testing)
When you need the backup to be retained until.
Remember, all hosted databases are backed up on a regular basis so you will only need to request an additional backup in exceptional circumstances.
Please provide as much notice as possible with 5 working days expected. The required lead time in your SLA may vary and may be less than this.

The current process is to raise a freshservice ticket, and the dba team will take the backup or restore it as requested.
