If you're having this issue, please raise a new case online, and give details as to what process the users were undertaking when the issue began, also please specify whether the user was using or Abacus admin or Provider portal.
Internal Solution
Make sure you gather as much info from the customer as possible as to what processes were being run when the issue happened. i.e. Which screens were being used, which menu option they are selecting and what inputs that are making that resulted in the error.
Login to the RDSGB server on the hosted platform via Jumpbox
Open up SSMS, check the query store
Check for discrepancies for running time on processes being run
Raise a case with IT for a DBA
Check the following Dev item Bug 487694 ESS - Database locks / timeouts preventing saving of data in Admin (azure.com)
Run the script from the dev item into the test environment
Await permission to run on the Live environment
