Permissions to view Providers, Service Orders, and Payments in Provider Portal

Why can’t I see all provider contracts to request payments? Why can’t I view all service orders? Why can’t I view all creditor payments? Why can’t I view all payment schedules?

You should check that your account has been granted permission to the required providers as it’s likely you don’t have permission currently. This can be done in either Admin or Provider Portal.

  1. Go to the Admin/Provider Portal

  2. Click Administration, then Security.

  3. Click Users, then Select User and review the Residential or Non-Residential tab.
